You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment sources — including payment accounts registered to another individual or a corporate entity — is strictly prohibited. Any deposit traced to a third-party source will be reversed, and the account will be subject to review.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — up to one business day; USDT cryptocurrency — 30 to 60 minutes subject to network confirmation. All Player Fund balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Where a player deposits in a currency other than MYR, the conversion rate applied will be the rate at the time of processing. BetPanda does not charge currency conversion fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

All promotions and bonuses offered by BetPanda are governed by these general bonus terms and by any additional specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. BetPanda reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including any wager placed on sporting events such as Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, UFC bouts, or any other market. The placement of a bet does not constitute acceptance until confirmed in your account activity log.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, BetPanda reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake amount. This applies to sports betting markets, live casino tables, and slot game payouts where a technical error demonstrably caused an incorrect outcome.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, BetPanda reserves the right to forfeit all balances, pending bonuses, and unredeemed loyalty points.
